Nakul was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2025. He is qualified to practise law in two jurisdictions. Prior to getting call to the Bar in Ontario, Nakul completed his articles with Hagel Lawfirm. At his current position, Nakul's practise focuses in area of estate Litigation and Elder Advocacy, including cases of Will challenges, dependent support claim, POA disputes, and has also expanded to the Solicitor side of estate services including drafting of Wills, Power of Attorney documents along with doing real estate transactions. He brings a client-centered approach to his practice, providing thoughtful, empathetic, and effective legal solutions. With over four years of experience as a practicing lawyer in India and comprehensive exposure to Canadian legal systems through articling and working as Legal Assistant, Nakul is adept at managing complex cases involving sensitive family dynamics, property disputes, and estate matters.
When he’s not practicing law, Nakul enjoys working out, long walks with his dog, and reading. He is passionate about continuous learning and dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals navigating challenging legal situations.
