Dorothy Hagel is an Osgoode Hall Law School, York University graduate. After leaving the corporate world, Dorothy realized that there was a growing need for an estate planning practice in Mississauga. As a result, she opened her own law office in Port Credit, Mississauga in 2009, where she focuses her practice on estate and trusts law, including estate litigation. She also provides counsel on corporate matters for business owners and closes real estate transactions and business transactions. Dorothy assists her clients with complex and simple wills, trusts, guardianship applications and will probates. Dorothy shows commitment in involvement in the community by being a proud member of the Mississauga Board of Trade and Port Credit BIA. In 2014, Dorothy received a 'Fellow of the Financial Planning Standards Council' award and for a number of years was a member of the FPSC examination panel for Level 2 CPF licensing examinations. Dorothy draws on her expertise as a former financial planner and also her business acumen when assisting her clients with their legal needs.
